{"id":1776,"date":"2023-01-26T16:41:30","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T15:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/job4miouest.fr\/?page_id=1776"},"modified":"2023-01-26T16:41:30","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T15:41:30","slug":"recrutements-2030","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/job4miouest.fr\/index.php\/recrutements-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"Recrutements 2030"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Corps\"><b>Plus de 90\u00a0000 postes non pourvus en 2030 en Pays de la Loire\u00a0?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9visions de recrutements \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 actualis\u00e9es par France Strat\u00e9gie (Commissariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Plan et la DARES (Direction des \u00e9tudes du Minist\u00e8re du Travail dans un rapport paru fin janvier 2023. Les pr\u00e9visions sont bas\u00e9es sur le nombre de d\u00e9parts en retraite, le nombre de jeunes entrants, les migrations inter r\u00e9gionales. R\u00e9sultat, les Pays de la Loire sont la deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9gion pour laquelle les tensions de recrutement seront les plus fortes, apr\u00e8s la Bretagne.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9tiers dont les tensions s\u2019accentueraient d\u2019ici 2030 repr\u00e9sentent 35 % de l\u2019emploi, ce qui signifie que plus du tiers de l\u2019emploi sera concern\u00e9 par des aggravations des tensions au recrutement, d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s importantes. Pour 41 % des m\u00e9tiers les tensions se maintiendraient au niveau actuel, et elles diminueraient pour 5,7 %.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019explication principale est que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui arrivent en fin de carri\u00e8re, issues du baby-boom, sont plus nombreuses que les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations arrivant sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Il faut y ajouter la dynamique r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019emploi, les Pays de la Loire pr\u00e9sentant l\u2019une des plus fortes croissances pr\u00e9vues, soit 7 % sur 2019-2030.<\/p>\n<p>Les besoins d\u2019ici 2030 repr\u00e9sentent 35 % de l\u2019effectif de 2019, dont 28 % dus aux d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite et 7% dus \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019emploi r\u00e9gional (respectivement 28 % et 4 % en moyenne nationale).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Au total, les postes non pourvus par les jeunes et\u00a0 les actifs en emploi venus d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions repr\u00e9senteraient 6 % de l\u2019emploi actuel de la r\u00e9gion Pays de la Loire et devraient alors \u00eatre aliment\u00e9s par les sorties du ch\u00f4mage, les reprises d\u2019activit\u00e9 ou les immigrants r\u00e9cents\u2026\u00a0\u00bb.
